Man that sounds old

Celebrated w Daph/Jocelyn/Ctas the day before

Although things didn't go according t plan, I enjoyed myself just being able t be in their company ♥

It's like they say, old friends are the dearest in anyone's heart :)

The most wonderful surprise came t my door at 12am,

"and today my world, it smiles"

Had the traditional breakfast w twin, then met K + family dinner at night!

The sisters came over t surprise me late at night armed w flickering candles,

totally unexpected but an absolutely lovely surprise

+ the surprise party that was organised for me a couple of days ago, omg I didn't even know about it till 30 people came out of my dining room the minute I stepped into the house.

The songs you all sang for me are the loveliest I've ever heard, candles and fairy lights adorned the place, I've never seen my house so beautiful. Not t forget the video montage that made me cry, it's times like these that I honestly feel like the luckiest girl in the world ♥

No combination of words could ever express how grateful I am for my 19th birthday, but I will try.

It was amazing, amazing beyond words.

So the day has come where we'll no longer walk the corridors of our school,

never stand in the quadrangle dripping after our morning run,

never sit in our classroom again,

No more smiles and waves along the corridor,

These two years are definitely something t remember.

The batch ran 10 rounds on the last morning of school,

and had a final official class lunch afters.

We also went t the science labs (since us arts kids hv never had reason t even step in),

and climbed gates/rooftops.

We did everything we wanted t do,

Although ironically, we can never do enough.

I wish you all the best, I wish you enough.

Although these two years are officially over,

This isn't the end though, this is just the beginning ♥

Missed the kite festival in the end :(
Which was quite a bummer cos I rly wanted t go but nvm!
Instead cycled down t Punggol jetty,
arrived just in time t see the v last part of the sunset,
revelled in the sheer wonder of itand watched the glowing remnants of light stretch out and illuminate the sky before the glowing fingers retreated and the colours gave way t the black sweeping across the sky, the horizon blurring till both sea and sky became one;
I always loved the sea.

Conquered my fear of Punggol jetty, bad memories of last year's june came crashing back like a tsunami w every slope, but what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, the icy pricks of fear are gone and now I can't wait t go back, take that night cycling, I'm no longer afraid of you.

It was a lovely day, now reality comes striking back like a cold splash of water in the face, school starts again tmr!

A bunch of us werre talking about how life can be really funny sometimes, it takes the strangest of twists and turns; and yet the most unexpected of the unexpected happens, and when it does, it takes you completely by surprise, and makes you smile more than you can ever imagine.

NDP Fireworks were really pretty!

I really love fireworks, they fill me up w a warmth so great and my smile does a little dance all by itself.

Wasn't allowed into the Esplanade though :( Mission t sneak past the security guard failed terribly. Would hv loved t sit by the water but nvm the view fr across the road was good all the same.

School has been tiring I guess, everyone's all pretty stressed up;

Prelims are in about two weeks, give or take. TWO WEEKS.

Not funny.

After A's I'm gonna start playing guitar properly again,

Sometimes, as much as we try t deny it or hide the truth fr ourselves, we do have t admit that bad things do happen t good people, whether we like it or not.

But that's the way of life, if everything was smooth sailing it would be too easy, and we wouldn't remember life for what it could truly be.

So it's the third week of holidays alr, time flies by so fast.

Lots of things hv been happening recently,

Last trng - Now it stands for Over Don't Anymore Come. We cried as we remembered the past year and a half, remembered the memories, treasured the times we had, reminisced over all the tough times we put ourselves through but at the end of it we stand tall, coming out of it stronger than before. We remembered how our lives were before last year, we realised how our lives have changed. We've got ourselves a family, nothing more nothing less.

"People said we had no life, we looked at them and said, No that was our life."

We all cried so much on that day with hugs all around; this may be the official end of trngs, but it's just the beginning of something else, you all will always be my friends for life.

NationalVerticalMarathon'10 - We climb&climb, and at the top we fly. 63 storeys - A climb of no regrets, a climb of gratitude. I'm so immensely proud of everyone, we managed t clinch 1xt and 2nd place, defending champions for seven years running. And t the teams that didn't place- don't feel sad, the beauty lies in the fact that you put your heart mind soul sweat tears into it, you did your best and that's all that matters, we're all so proud of you no matter what.

There was this long run fr our school t SRJC wow never imagined running fr Whitley t Kovan but ohyes we all completed it, I'm so glad I did too painkillers ftw stupid bloody stress fracture I'm so sick and tired of it alr.

Lit Night - We got 1st 2nd 2nd for all three categories! Love my class, we really showed everyone what were made of huh!

Saturday Trng - Pulau Ubin for cycling, super nostalgic, hate upslopes but love downslopes oh so much.

Kuantan Trip - Eight hours bus ride there and back each, but it was good all the same :)

And I've finally flown a kite yay it's my childhood dream :)

Came back fr Bintan yst, now it's time t really study study study!

Well the past two weeks hv passed in a flash, time is passing way too fast for my liking, how about yesterday was the first of May. I still rmb saying hey, it's almost April. Now it's one month later!!

Monday soccer got cancelled, again -.- But love the rain!!

Studied + dinner w KG!

Tuesday stayed back w the batch t paint banner, then studied w Eleanor at night!

Thursday went t MadJack's t study w Clara, I miss studying there!!

Friday 12k run, stopped halfway because of my leg, omg I really really REALLY hate being injured, it frustrates me t no end when I want t run but I can't. Everyone always says I'm crazy for saying this, but I really miss running. I miss running without any sharp pain everytime my right leg hits the ground, I miss the wind in my face, I miss the feeling of lactic acid building up in my legs but I push myself on because I know I can I know I will. I miss the feeling of completing a run, my legs warm and tingling. I miss being able t complete 15 rounds around the track instead of struggling t complete five. I miss having t regulate my breathing, and breathing through my nose all the way cos breathing through my mouth makes my throat so dry which I really hate. I miss running fast, I miss running without a limp. I miss running.

The other day I studied at BurgerShack w Clara Timothy YR it was really productive yay :)

And there was a day me and Eleanor got lost atSGH wow that place is really likes some maze.

Today my ptm lasted for two hours,

had a really inspirational talk w my cca teacher that made me cry (thank you for believing in me, you hv no idea how much that means t me),

then w my form teacher,

then had t go see the principal.

The whole thing lasted for two hours, a whirlwind two hours of emotions and tears.

But I'm really so motivated t study v hard now, we will make it through tgt I promise :)

The past week passed......very slowly.

Last Sunday seemed a lifetime ago.

Last week FreeConeDay w the batchmates :)

Although I don't even like B&J's but just tagged along for fun!

Molecule has really pretty clocks.

One Thursday I crashed PJ and had a good talk w Ctas, good seeing you girl :)

Friday was Alfresco our night under the stars, and because we had trng before, the batch went on this food rampage, wow we ate so much.

Saturday studied at HollandV w Eleanor before meeting Jane and Eugene for funorama! Saw many SC girls so that was a definite plus point for the day :)

Amanda's surprise birthday party at her place! Happy birthday girl, hope you liked the night :)

Spent one or two days doing Xrays I've got the results back alr, its kind of fascinating seeing the black films, and now I've gotta go do a CT scan as well....

This Thursday was doing stuff w the class and dinner after that and we all sang tgt!

Friday was meeting Marcus for pretty much the whole afternoon and I wasted 45min of my life waiting for the shuttlebus at DoverStation that doesn't even operate on public holidays -.-

But seeing the video bring a smile t her face was the most beautiful thing in the world :)

I'm sorry J&C&D that I cancelled on our movie marathon but I had my reasons. I really needed t do sth, I'm sorry.

Saturday met Eleanor t get my xray results and study at HollandV! I love starbucks sofas they're so comfortable :)

Thursday was a really bad day for me, thankyou you for letting me t rant t you and I'm sorry if I affected your mood. Thanks for the all the advice and encouragement and for basically just being there. It's just too many things happening at once and I guess I'm not strong enough t handle it all. But now I'm coping, not very well I admit, but I'm coping :)

Thursday and Friday really sucked but Saturday and Sunday's been better days :)

I'm real grateful for that.

But I'm actually v tired mentally I haven't slept properly for quite a few days now

I hope next week will be a better one!

These days have been tough but we'll get through it tgt, I know we will.

This past year has been, amazing, just amazing.

This year we climbed Ophir for the second time exactly one year after we climbed it for the first time, same day, same place, different year, same batch.

All of us cried on the summit, cried like there's no tomorrow.

I never experienced anything like that before, 20 of us sharing a common story, a story so great, a story so beautiful, sharing tears, sharing memories.

So XP was four days, two days trek around SG, plus Ophir and Puteri Waterfalls!

The days leading up t it was just a mad rush settling everything, and now it's all over, it seems so surreal.

On the night we came back, we all went for dinner then they came back t my place t stay over,

then back t school the next morning for tent washing plus debrief or whatever

Afters they came over again!

Next day met some of the batch in sch t just talk,

then the weekend was spent at Sentosa!

Just think, last year we were J1s.

How time flies.

And school has started!!!!

Today I realised I missed my class alot for this past week.

So much.

So CTs are almost over, these few days have just been mugging w the batch till the day fades into dusk and the next day all of us take our papers and after it ends we'll all just gather again, it gives me a really nice feeling :)

I went t support Hockey today or mainly t support Marcus. I think they did a splendid job no matter what :)

Tmr I'm probably taking in AliceInWonderland w Clara and then mugging our asses off for lit on Friday!

Friday last lit paper then it's XP preparation full steam all the way

I'm so excited it's this Sunday!!

Good news? I'm v used t the pain my leg gives. Seems like second nature now, I'm so happy.

Bad news? Cough's still here but I'm spamming honey lemon sweets and KG's meds so hopefully it'd be good by then!

We don't always stay the best students nor always keep our hands out of trouble but I know we'll be there for each other through thick and thin and that's more than anything anyone could ask for.

School's becoming really hectic recently!!!

What with CommonTests next week which I am absolutely doomed for and expedition coming up so in between I'm studying my mind is just swamped with what t plan for food!

I'm a little apprehensive that I can't perform up t the expectations of a foodhead but I'll try my best, lucky I did it before for Nov expedition so it's not totally foreign :)

One more week t expedition w the J1s! I'm looking forward t it so much.

Well lots have been happening, lots of memories captured in photographs but I'm too pressed for time t upload any. After this I have t get back t econs snap and planning food food food.

So the past few weeks -

There was this time the whole class clique all 9 of us got called t the dean's office and we all got punished...I suggested recycling and it got accepted in place of suspension, recycling ftw I'm gonna recycle all my plastic bottles fr now on!

And also the batch performed for CNY which was awesome really I couldn't stop replaying the video. Plus ODAC orientation afters, drainwalk+mudpool+butterslide! Got lots of cobwebs in our hair and watching the J1s do pushups/crunches/situps in the smelly drainwater was fun - the privileges of J2s but it brought back so many memories of our own orientation one year ago!

CNY was pretty awesome w gambling all around and Valentines' was pretty nice too! Funny how this year both coincided on the same day.

Had a class clique steamboat at Clara's + steamboat and my family went for StefSun's concert as well

Hmmmm what else, oh ya I had another asthma attack it seems t be coming a little more frequent now! And we had a long run w the J1s, their first 10k long run but I think it went pretty well! School t MacRitchie, xctry route, then back t school! I rmb walking out of LitNight halfway t go meet the batch for dinner as well and sorry class peeps that I pangseh-ed GrandRoxy but I hope you all had fun getting drunk and all.

There was this Saturday I hung out w Serene which was lovely then met the batch at ChompChomp for dinner and I and a few guys ate raw cockles which was ultimate disgusting then TY's place after for gambling!

I rmb catching PercyJackson which was not bad and lots of stuff happened at home too which got me all frustrated but thankyou everyone for being there when I needed you all.

Walking back t my place at night makes me feel v peaceful it's like the night belongs t me and me only at that point of time.

My dog gets v hyper whenever I sit w a friend on the swing t talk at night which is really weird.

We had another amusing trng where we made the J1s pith tents and I stole all their tent parts and they had t do pushups for me before I gave them back, also apples plus pullupbars are amusing ttm.

Donated blood w Maha and we just slacked there for two hours afterwards eating and talking and this teacher got all pissed and took down our names....Whoops.

Rockafella t support Saeful's band. then ZY+Jared+WJ+HG came over t gamble where Jared's 9 bucks became 90cents

And the next day JK+XY+ZY+KG+HG+Jared+Eugene came over t gamble again so that was fun

One Sunday Maha came over t bake he baked a carrot cake which was really quite yummy!

And not t forget cross country, a run w no regrets, a run that meant a hell lot t me even though I couldn't run.

There was a cooking trng for the J1s and I totally spoilt my voice nagging at them got a cough now ohno

And yesterday we brought the J1s t BTH t simulate XP! Eleanor stayed over and we met KG in the morning, he gave me medicine for my cough so thankyou v much, before going t RailMall for breakfast! Then had trng all the way RockPath is so much easier compared t what I rmb, then lunch at BeautyWorld afters w both batches! We also went t Hindhede Lookout point which was a checkpoint for our JuneXP so all of us were omg june xp june xp, it was the checkpoint where we ate lunch at 8pm, and we ate dinner at 2am. It also brought back so many memories of our backpack trng exactly one year ago, where our batch went t BTH plus lunch at Anchorpoint afters, where we dumped all our backpacks in supermarket trolleys and whizzed all around and I rmb shopping at Queensway for our backpacks. And now one year later!!! So nostalgic.

This week it's just been studying plus expedition preparation all the way!!!

Oh ya and happy birthday Shawn happy birthday Grace!!

I have never felt so proud of my batch before, never ever, except maybe at Nov XP

But yesterday holds the trump card!

Last XCtry this year, I went through hell lot of decisions about whether t run or not, I changed my mind like 5-6 times and I srsly felt so shitty I wanted t run so goddamn badly, but I couldn't.

Thank you t my batchmates who told me not t run, who told me that they'd run for me.

Thank you t those who said they thought of me during the run, that they gave it their all for me because I didn't have the chance t.

Thank you t those who said they thought of me when they were giving up, thank you for running for me.

I was so touched yesterday, it's just beyond words, I'm just so proud of each and every one of them.

And I'm really sorry that I didn't run in the end, I almost decided t 5min before the race, then Jared asked me - Do you want t regret for one day that you didn't run xctry, or do you want t regret for a lifetime that because you ran, you couldn't go for expedition?

Bloody stress fracture but I will give my all for expedition, I promise this w all my heart!!

I stood at the finishing line and I screamed till I've got a disgusting cough before

My PE teacher laughed at me for being so nervous for them that I was just hopping around on the spot

Jane was v nervous for Maha, I told her she was nervous for one, I was nervous for twenty five.

But they didn't disappoint, my heart lifted everytime I saw one of my batchmates sprint down the slope w fire in their eyes.

When people minus one at the slope, we plus one, making it a difference of two.

We run for our batchmates, we push ourselves beyond our limits, mind over matters.

I'm just so proud of everyone really I'm so disappointed that I couldn't run but XP is more important!!!!!! I will never know if I made the right decision but hopefully I come close enough.

I've never seen us so determined for top 20 before, we ran w our heart and soul yesterday!

Jogged back t school then we sat and talked about our experience till 9pm and the security guard got pissed off.

Will always remember yesterday, it meant alot t me.

Thursday Happy Birthday Azid! ♥ we crashed the orientation finale night! We blended in w the J1s, cheered till our throat went hoarse and we were told t shut up (the house got hottest house btw). Hid fr our teachers during the mass dance which was epic, we just danced and laughed our asses off. HG and Jane came over afters!

Friday 1st trng w the J1s! Facil-ed w Donna, did circuits - run pushups pullups bridges situps GSTs the works.

It rained finally AFTER WHAT, ONE WEEK?! So that made me pretty happy. Running around in the rain was super shiok I love it :) :) :) :) :) :) a thousand smiley faces!! I'm also really excited about our potential J1s or jones as we like t call them! Celebrated Eliza's/RZ's birthday, the first girl taupok hurhurhur and honestly I thankgod everytime there's a birthday that I was born a girl and not a guy!!

Saturday Happy Birthday Ruizhi! :) Headed over t Eleanor's for pretty much the whole day, and Burger Shack at night!

Sunday Happy Birthday Eliza! ♥ Happy birthday Christel! :) Service, then met Ctas for lunch + major retail therapy! And MISS JOCELYN TNG PANGSEH-ED AGAIN but nvm I'm getting used t it. Ctas it was good seeing you though, we must have another shopping trip another time :) Totally reminded me of the pre-prom days! Ah those good old times. Then met HG+Clara for dinner and shopped around abit again!

Monday first morning run w the J1s! Wow the line was so long I'm really not used t it guess I have t get used t the idea that there aren't only 27 of us anymore, today was like 60ish! I'm kind of looking forward t getting t know them all better, and I really do have t get better w names, today I asked this guy for his name three times -.- School was hella tiring, hung around w the batch after school! I also came home at 630pm which I think deserves a special mention because I never came home this early before!!!

End of this week is CNY alr, bring on the yusheng (I rmb last time our batch we just kept shouting Tioman oh pretty please), steamboat, gambling yeah oh yeah.

I really like the songs fr Glee.

The voices sound so real... T me, they sing as if they just want a shot at sth, a shot at sth big.

None of the much revved up showbiz and all the drama that comes w it.

Sunday Nigel/Raymond/Clara/Jane came over for pretty much the whole day, attempted t do our project and study! Which we spent our afternoon doing, but by night we just gave up and wii-ed. Hahahaa but it was a pretty productive afternoon.

Monday MONDAY BLUES I remembered my tie this time!! After school studied w Amethyst/Eleanor and we had a long heart t heart while the day slowly faded t dusk. I'm so thankful for friends like them, I know they are friends for life. They're the two of the few people in the batch that I trust wholeheartedly, thanks girls for stepping into my life :)

Tuesday stayed back w the class peeps + ropes! Omg I'm starting t ove ropes again, cos I've finally got over my fear. I rmb last time I was so scared I'll just be immobilized for half an hour once I've climbed t the top. But t solve that I forced myself t climb up then look all around, and yay I'm so happy beyond words :)

Wednesday trng then Jared/XY/Amethyst/Amanda/Janyce/Eleanor/HG came over, and Amanda/Janyce/Eleanor stayed over and we overslept and we were late for school, hahahah how great.

Thursday did Ropes test for the first time and I failed HAHA gonna try again tmr :) Tuition w Jane and we were horribly late I got squished all the way in front -.- It's too crowded, but it's good.

went t Macritchie for trng, did the xctry route. My sprained ankle became worse and this is the first time I ran till I cried. I rmb watching MX get smaller and smaller at the forest trail and my ankle was hurting more and more and then again at Lornie Road I watched Janyce get smaller and smaller but ohwell at least I managed t finish I wanted t give up so many times when I crossed the finish line I just collapsed and I can't believe I started crying? But it was an experience, and now I'm off running for a week or two! Dinner w the batch afters!

Saturday supposedly had trng but I didn't go due t my mushroom of an ankle!

An afternoon of icing does wonders though.

Met Jocelyn 3 rounds yay and I finally tried that new icecream place........

Went back t sleep and thus missed all the phone calls fr the batch who ran past my house and wanted me t come out and see them! Ah wasted.

I think I'll go back t school later for my lit lecture.

At the end of everything, I'm gonna look back and see how my life has changed these two years. Eternally grateful, no regrets.

So Thursday was spent at TP w Clara, back t school t hang w the batch, then Bishan for Econs tuition w Jane! Our econs has finally found a ray of hope

Friday we had our 2.4 time trial I had t run w a mild sprain it really killed me but one thing I've learnt last year was how t ignore pain. Sure came in handy. My timing is disgusting though, I've finally found the motivation t run fast fr now on and push myself t improve. I'm so glad I've finally found it, I've been trying t find it since last year. Gonna train hard fr now on :) Dinner w the batch afters!

Saturday studied w Eleanor/HG! I also brought them for a run around my estate, then dinner afters! I can run w my ankle guard now, I'm so glad :)

I really wonder how this is done. My friend showed me this the other day and apparently it's all the same guy! How cool.

The other day Eugene and I had a chilipadi eating competition...

We ate 8 altogether! The rules were t chew, then leave it on your tongue, count t five, chew again, then swallow. We ate five singly, then three at one go. Omg we almost died, he puked and we finished up don't know how many bottles of vitasoy/milk/greentea/chrysenthemum

Hahahaha omg I swear we do the randomest things when we're bored! The burning sensation is no joke, given that both of us can't take chili. Nigel joined in too, and all three of us were just sucking in air during the following lesson!

And omg I got caught for shortskirt but it isn't even that short -.- So now I have t surrender my skirt there goes my altering money :(

we ran the crosscountry route at Macritchie! I strained my ankle within two min of the run wth I hate my weak ankles :( Comparing today's run w the run last March, I found today's much easier and the slope wasn't as steep as I remembered. It's amazing when I compare how I felt for the two runs. Didn't push myself t my best though, I could still shout towards the end. Sorry I know today we were supposed t push ourselves but I didn't. 2.4 time trial on Friday. Haven't done a timetrial in ages, and honestly? I'm not looking forward t it.

So after the run we ran back t school omg running on tiptoe is hella tiring I hope my ankle recovers soon. Tuition w JK afters!

Saturday was Eugene's/Clara's Eighteenth Party at my place!

With totally random ppl fr exStPat's dudes t canoeists t facils t odacers t classmates, and my neighbours complained twice in the night, PLUS they almost called the police again. !!

Looks like we should lay off the partying for a while, as Saeful says, next time not only the police but the air force navy saf will all come as well. Hahahaha can't let that happen!

So. Sunday again, and tmr's the beginning of the second week of school.

Homework, new year's resolution of not sleeping in class, and ropes level 2.

Saturday was spent at Sentosa w Eleanor!

Tanned for quite a few hours and I got sunburnt! :( I used t be so white that I glow in the sun, and we took a polaroid picture where my shoulder blended in w the sand -.- Which is so sad really but hey hopefully this slight tan lasts! Who am I kidding, I bet I'll be back t Snow White in a week tops :(

Sunday service then met Jane t do up Clara's present! Couldn't join Carmen/Clara/Eugene/Maha at Sentosa which was kind of a bummer but ohwell another time!

Friday had our first long run of the year!

We ran fr school t BukitBatok and afters we went t the OldFordFactory t look at the WW2 exhibition/documentary and my grandfather's name was on the wall plus his interview and I just stood there reading it - I regret not spending more time w him, I regret not getting t know him better. Now it's too late and I really miss him. I only realised this yesterday after five years. It's about time, and I'm just really proud of him :)

I really had a damn memorable birthday this year, I'll rmb my 18th for a long time t come!! And I really want t thank everyone so much for the presents. When I opened them and looked at all the presents and cards and boards, I can't stop smiling t myself. I'm serious, a big grin just creeps up onto my face and sticks there. I can't believe the amount of thought and effort put into everything, really, I'm touched beyond words and I don't know what t say but thankyou - I appreciate it so much, more than anyone will ever know! Esp the notes/birthday cards/birthday messages - I just couldn't stop smiling. The things you all wrote were really amazing. And t hear all the guys were so stressed over my birthday presents - It's so amusing but I'm so grateful! Thank you you all for making my birthday an extremely memorable one, its one day that I will remember forever ♥

Thursday I had t chase everyone out of my house at 6am due t trng, had long run, first time I'm running since a month ago!

Which frustrated me btw. You can get really annoying, you know!!! He wanted t come when I met you BUT I think you would have punched him or sth....Ok I exaggerate but you know what I mean. Honestly? Happy 2010!

And wow it's 2010 now officially 2010, I can't kid myself that the new year is yet t come anymore!

So on NewYears'Eve we watched Alvin&TheChipmunks hahahaha omg its so cute it totally owns the first one! + Countdown party at Sentosa!

Sitting by the sea enjoying the wind + Lycheemargharitas/martinis/beer/SingaporeSlings + Dancing till 2am, and we finally collapsed into bed at 4am, what a happy happy new year!

And next day, FIRST DAY OF 2010! The kids came over t Sentosa and we just slacked around for the whole day till it started pouring in the evening!

2009 was fantastic, today when I came home I looked through some old photos and I really thank God for each and every person who has walked into my life, I honestly couldn't ask for anything more!

I am so glad t be in this class, so so so glad. I'm so glad we're the craziest class, the most bonded class, the class that once everyone hears about they go "Ohhhhhhhhh. THAT class.", the class that teachers talk about, the class that teachers warn each other about, the class that the whole level has heard about, the class where everyone in the level knows someone in, the class that has a full length mirror and table fans, the class that had a toaster and huge jars of peanutbutter/nutella till it got confiscated, the class that has big fluffy cushions, the class that makes the most noise, the class that falls asleep every paper1 lit lesson without fail, the class that throws cake at each other come birthdays, the class that plays volleyball and almost breaks the speakers, the class that drives our home tutor absolutely nuts, the class that slides down skate ramps and gets our shorts all torn, the class that takes 1600 photos during a 4dayOCIP trip, the class that does everything together, the class that will be there for each other no matter what. I love my JC class and this I say w all my heart! Wow I have so much t say I have no idea where t begin. How about I didn't even expect myself t even be in this CCA? How hard we all fought for the 27 places, all the effort and sweat we put into that fight, and when we saw our name on the board, how exhilarated we all felt? How about this year I've run more than I have in my entire life? March/June/Nov XPs - I climbed mountains that I never thought climbable, I went through experiences where I really felt like giving up, but I pushed myself on anyway. How about this year was the first time that I cycled till I couldn't breathe, pushed myself till I broke down? How about this year I climbed a rope up till the fourth floor and I got stuck up there, hence the current rope phobia? This year I've taken half an hour just t take one group photo under a waterfall, this year I've jumped off the second floor onto the first floor, this year I've discovered 10000 new running routes. But all this would not be possible without my batch, the people that I push myself on for. For the closer group of us - It's so awesome t have you all in my life, and I know I can count on you all just like you all can count on me. And we always have such tremendous fun together its crazy! Wow it's been so long, I can't believe orientation was all the way back in February! We were so tight then, the almost daily outings, the daily breakfasts at the Mandatable, hanging out before our CCAs started without fail.....I've drifted away fr you guys and I really regret this. I had so much fun w you all and I hope that even though I haven't seen you guys in the longest time, when we next meet up, we'll still have lots of fun playing pool or whatever! Our dramamamama IG, so much has changed, but hopefully almost everything will stay the same :) The closer group of us - Rachel Amanda Sarah CW Bryan Darren Jared Astley - thanks for the mmrs, and hopefully there's lots more t come! Abby/Cassi/Sam - We've come so far and been through so much and I'm glad that today we're as close as ever. I rmb dearly all those crazy times in Sec2, making KhongBee want t tear out her hair, hanging out at each other's place. We've been through so many trying times, all the tears back in Sec3, and from four we've become three. But I'm so glad for the fact that although we hardly meet up nowadays (try like less than 10times in a year), everytime we meet up, it feels just like we've seen each other everyday, and I feel so comfortable w you two it's unbelievable. No matter what, you three always hold a special place in my heart, forever and ever!

Tofus:

Jocelyn especially/Ctas/Daph - Sec3and4 were really special years for me! I rmb how you three knew each other since sec2 and I only got t know you all in Sec3, but I'm really glad I did~ All the crazy photobooth sessions, all the crazy laughing sessions etc...You three are friends for life and I really mean it :) I don't know what else t say cos there's too many things and all of them mean too much t be put in words. J I've seen you the most this year and I've so grateful for that, you're one friend I will always treasure! Cheryl/Jas/JY - Although I don't really know you three that well, since we only started talking more towards the end of last year, I really enjoyed the times we spent tgt eg chalet, and I'm really stoked for the upcoming chalet!!

Flipside:

Serene especially/Brenda/Zhao/Amanda/Beatrice/Karyn - Who can forget all those crazy band moments w BTan? You all made my three years in Band the most memorable. And hey never forget, friends go through weal and woe tgt :) Serene I think I've gotten the closest t you this year although we're now one in Whitley and one in AMK, which is remarkable really. Really treasure all those talks we have!

Wednesday the class girls came over! :) Movie marathoned, rockband etc, doing what we always do but it has been v long since the four of us hung out since we always hung out w the guys, but it was just us girls for a change! Next time I see them will be the day I turn 18. Gawd I feel so old.

Today is NEW YEAR'S EVE

LAST DAY OF 2009 OMG OMG!! The year has flown by so fast it's hardly believable. I'm still coming t terms and trying t grasp the fact that my first JC year has passed, it seems like just yesterday that I was still in SC and in that blue uniform. But this year I made so many new friends, so many great new friends, and had so many new experiences that I will always remember. This year had it all; laughter, happiness, joy, sorrow, unhappiness, tears, heartbreak, conflicts, fights, quarrels, misunderstandings, hope, smiles, but overall it was fantastic, kudos t those who made it so! This year I had t make so many decisions, decisions that up t now I'm still not sure were the right choice. This year I quarreled with my parents the most, which I am not proud of, and I wish all those shouting matches didn't happen. This year I pushed myself beyond my limits, to places I've never dreamed I'll reach. This year I finally solved things with Luke and I'm so glad things have come t a close this is the first time I'm saying this publicly but hey it's nothing more than I could ask for. "When you say nothing at all" is still my favourite song although I always turn it off whenever I hear it. Glad t see some things won't ever change. I'm glad that I still managed t keep in touch with my old friends, I hate going t new schools and then suddenly the old friends disappear....if the friendship is so easily forgotten why are you even friends in the first place? So I'm really glad for the way things have turned out :) This year I'm so grateful for old friends, for my awesomepussum class, my fantastic batch and everything else. Grateful for friends that would drop everything and listen once I felt down, friends that would go out of their way t make me smile, friends who I know will be there the minute I need them. Grateful for my class, we have a reputation as the most famous class as the class that has the most fun as the class that does the craziest things but when it gets down t the crunch we all know when t have fun and when not t. We drive all our teachers crazy though! For the closer 11 of us, you guys make me smile even on my darkest days. Grateful for my batch, all the shit things we've went through, having the reputation as the craziest cca, making it through everything together as a family. For the closer 13 of us, honestly I couldn't ask for anything more! I don't regret anything I've done this year, not a single thing. Sometimes I have doubts, but overall, 2009 was a kickass year. I'll give anything t go through it all again.

So today I didn't go for trng in the end, did the letter till abt 4am? So no way I could have woken up at 6. Pity though, I was looking forward t spending the morning of the last day of 2009 w my batch :/

Saturday HAPPY BOXING DAY! Eugene/Maha/Shaz/Clara/Jane/JK/Eugene/HG/Eleanor came over! We played sparklers and foosball and had a turkey Christmas dinner :) Maha/Eugene/Clara/HG/Eleanor stayed over and we watched Orphan hohoho not scary at all pls -.-

I had alot of fun, I love all these random gatherings at my house and I love the fact that my batchmates now know my classmates :)

Monday out w Cassi+Abby! ACE ♥ BillyBombers/Failed t watch Sherlock Holmes thus we watched Princess&TheFrog which was honestly not bad!/Spizza! Then back t my place, where it was epic srsly we laughed hysterically and sang out of tune without a care in the world and did so many retarded things (ooh la la i want your bad romance), collapsed into bed at about 4am! Bacardi breezers just taste like fruitjuice but the greenapplevodka was really not bad! Mmmmmm now we know it's not the string cheese (HAHA inside joke)

Ohman I love ACE so much, everytime we hang out (even though it's only like june and dec yearly), I always get this warm fuzzy feeling inside :)

And omg while we were at town all the birds started chirping at a deafening volume and all of them started flying in one direction I was so freaked out I swear :(

Tuesday we met Nicole/Jecolia at SimplyBread for breakfast, then back t Abby's for baking + Sherlock Holmes at Great World!

Tmr there's an ODAC outing at Sentosa which I want t go for but I think I'll give it a miss since its really really early and I'm kind of sleepdeprived :(

Everyone's been asking me what I'm planning t do for my birthday since it's the big 18 and all,

But the truth is I don't really know? I just want t spend it w the people who matter and I'll be happy :) And there's been talk of having a class party on my birthday and carrying it forward overnight t Maha's birthday since his birthday is one day after mine! I think we're gonna make it happen and I'm pretty stoked because I love spending time with my class people, and I'll probably invite the batch too :)

Omg, in two weeks I'll be 18. I feel so old :( January babies ftw.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE

This has always been my favourite season of the year and always will be

I've been looking forward t this since the middle of the year, and I'm so glad it's here!

I don't know why but it just feels me up w such a happy glowing feeling and I just seem t be smiling all day long :)

So Christmas Eve was spent out w Joshua/Eugene/Clara/Carmen! We couldn't get tickets for any movie because town was swamped so we just hung out and the guys helped me choose a razor for my dad, I got all my Christmas shopping done on time yay me! Dinner afters at town, my dad all but camped at the tempura station where the chef gave him a step by step tutorial, my dad was so happy! And my auntie also stole the whole bowl of cherries mm mm hahaha the waiter was giving us dirty looks. Then back t my place! Dizzily singing I wanna hold your hand and kicking our legs up in the air and spinning around in circles, the cousins welcomed in Christmas merrily, the light dancing in our eyes and our voices growing hoarse fr too much laughing...I think this might just be the best Christmas so far :)

And I've got a polaroid camera for Christmas! Wow I've always wanted it but I could never bring myself t buy it. Best present ever :) :) :)

And today, well technically yesterday since it's past twelve, we all overslept for service though because we slept so late the prev night, I'm pretty angry w myself for this though, I've always loved Christmas service :( Shopping afters + the annual Christmas party!

So Sunday was spent shopping w Clara + we were too lazy t bake at night so we just watched InHerShoes till we fell asleep, well until she fell asleep anyway I've been having weird sleeping patterns lately, I'll only sleep at 2/3/4+, and wake up at 7 or 8. Life is great I know.

And my mum gave me a jab before I left the house and I was so devastated cos at town they wre having a blood donation drive and I wanted t donate blood again sooo badly but I couldn't! :((((((((((((((((((((

Monday Breakfast w Clara/Caroline/Janice + AMKhub w Joshua/Clara + Serangoon Gardens for lunch w Serene plus finally met the famous Richard I've been hearing so much about

+ Miss Jocelyn Tng cancelled on me so it was baking at Clara's!

Tuesday met Ctas for lunch+Avatar (Which was as good as everyone says it is)!

Srsly I hate public transport nowadays it's so bloody crowded. And people have no common sense not t get on buses when it's alr jampacked like nobody's business, hello there's such a thing as the NEXT bus?! Srsly when you see people alr teetering on the last step hanging on for dear life WHY ON EARTH DO YOU STILL TELL YOURSELF THAT YOU'RE AS SKINNY AS A BAMBOOSTICK AND CAN SQUEEZE INTO THE ONE MICROINCH OF SPACE LEFT ON THE BUS?! Because you CAN'T. I was suffocatingly sandwiched between two people arguing whether JayChou was pronounced as JayChow or JayChou. And they caused me t miss my stop. Fantastic. Just fantastic.

Anyhow. Dinner w Eleanor/HG afters and I was late for one and a half hour because Avatar was so unexpectedly long, I'm real sorry girls!

After dinner, Gabriel/Samuel came over t play Rockband! Wow long time no play.

Carried out Operation Surprise Zhao/Serene at town w Abby/Brenda/Karyn/Sarahh/Melluki!

Dropping balloons off escalators, wearing loud sunglasses ignoring the stares of everyone around us, stuffing balloons in every available dustbin....I had fun :)

And I'm so glad we managed t surprise Zhao and Serene although Serene's was kind of epic fail since she saw us since we were still decorating the cake -.- And I'm also glad she fell for my TY story hehhehheh even though we surprised her at town instead of her house in the end! Happy happy birthday girls, hope you had an awesome seventeenth :)

But I also gave tanning at Sentosa w the batchmates a miss so pretty bummed about that but nvm I'm sure I'll see them soon :D

Thursday CHRISTMAS EVE Overslept for trng heh I woke up t 10missed calls :(
